Common questions
- What counts as a person?
- Anyone with an active account in your workspace. If someone leaves and you archive them, their seat comes off your next invoice while their meeting history stays available to the people they met with.
- What happens when someone joins mid-month?
- Stripe prorates the change, so you pay for the part of the month they were actually there.
- Will my price go up?
- Not on an existing subscription. If published pricing changes later, your subscription stays on the price you signed up at until you choose to move.
- How do I cancel?
- From the billing page in your workspace, which opens the Stripe customer portal. You can cancel, change your payment method, and download past invoices there.
- Where is our data stored?
- In the EU. Payment details never touch our servers — card data is handled entirely by Stripe.
